DELIVERY/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES
Delivery is generally within 2-3 business days to New Zealand destinations for orders received before 10am Monday through Friday subject to availability of stock and other considerations. Rural and remote deliveries can take up to 4 days longer.
All deliveries are dispatched with NZ Couriers. All products are signature required unless specified by yourself at checkout or email.
Because we are a gift store we do not include a printed invoice with our deliveries and it is our standard practice to remove price stickers before packaging. Your recipient will not see the price of the items unless you specifically request it.
Returns and exchanges
We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours via emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or phoning 06 8359759.
We also exchange any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within fourteen (14) days of purchase however we will not provide any refund of such purchase. If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we do not refund any packing and postage charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods (if damaged or faulty), we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, you can do this up until the order has been dispatched. A refund will be processed within 48 hours of notifying us.
